Dominisova street, in the heart of Split’s ghetto, used to be Jewish center. Today, it is a home to Uje family: Uje oil bar, Uje Wine & Dine, Uje Seafood Experience Room, Uje Dalmatian Charcuterie & Cheese Dining Bar, Uje Seafood Open Kitchen, Uje Seafood Dining Room and Uje Gastro shop. Our shelves are full of olive oil, pickled vegetables and jams, herbs are all over the street and inside the restaurant prosciutto and pancetta are still drying, waiting to be sliced and served.
